1.0 Welcome to NextBrightPath ("the Platform"), owned and operated by Next Bright Path LLC ("the Company"). The Platform serves as a facilitator, enabling Coaches, Mentors, and Experts (collectively referred to as "Coaches" or "Service Providers") to offer and promote their programs, mentorship sessions, or acceleration tracks, while allowing Founders and Innovators (collectively referred to as "Founders" or "Users") to access these services.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1.1 Nature of Services
NextBrightPath provides a technology platform that assists Coaches in setting up, showcasing, and managing their programs and mentorship offerings. This includes program listing, visibility, enrollment facilitation, and payment processing.
NextBrightPath does not create, manage, or own any program content. Coaches are solely responsible for the content, quality, and delivery of their sessions. Founders engage directly with Coaches, and NextBrightPath does not oversee execution.
1.2 Platform as a Facilitator
NextBrightPath is a neutral intermediary providing platform infrastructure and marketing support to Coaches. It is not responsible for the content, accuracy, compliance, or quality of any program.
Coaches operate independently and set their own program scope, pricing, and engagement terms. Founders are responsible for reviewing program details before enrolling.
1.3 No Guarantees or Endorsements
NextBrightPath does not:
- Guarantee the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of any program.
- Ensure that Founders will achieve any specific outcome.
- Endorse any Coach, their qualifications, or program materials.
2.0 Roles and Responsibilities
2.1 Platform Responsibilities
NextBrightPath’s role is limited to:
- Providing an online platform for Coaches to showcase and deliver programs.
- Offering limited promotional services to help Coaches reach potential Founders.
- Facilitating enrollment and payment processing.
NextBrightPath does not:
- Create, verify, or manage program content.
- Supervise Coach activities, delivery quality, or Founder interactions.
- Guarantee enrollments, payments, or program outcomes.
2.2 Coach Responsibilities
Coaches are responsible for:
- Creating, managing, and delivering their programs.
- Ensuring program content is original, lawful, and aligned with ethical standards.
- Handling all Founder interactions, disputes, and complaints.
- Complying with applicable laws, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.
2.3 Founder Responsibilities
Founders must:
- Review program details carefully before enrolling.
- Comply with NextBrightPath’s Terms and any Coach-specific policies.
- Acknowledge that NextBrightPath is not responsible for program content or delivery.
3.0 No Relationship Between NextBrightPath, Coaches, and Founders
- NextBrightPath acts solely as a facilitator and does not establish any employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Coaches or Founders.
- Coaches operate independently and are fully responsible for their program content, engagement, and service quality. Founders engage at their own discretion and assume responsibility for their experience.
4.0 Founder Code of Conduct
Our mission is to provide a productive and respectful growth environment for all users. By engaging with Coaches, you agree to:
- Treat Coaches, fellow Founders, and staff with respect and professionalism.
- Avoid harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
- Participate constructively in sessions or programs you enroll in.
- Violations may result in suspension, termination of access, or permanent ban.
5.0 Coach Code of Conduct
By offering programs on the Platform, Coaches agree to:
- Treat Founders and the community with professionalism.
- Provide original, high-quality content aligned with ethical and legal standards.
- Communicate transparently regarding program scope, pricing, and commitments.
- Remain engaged with participants and fulfill promised deliverables.
Violations may result in suspension, removal, or permanent ban from the Platform.
6.0 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
