- Name, email address, and enrollment preferences.
- Details about participation in programs, sessions, or tracks (e.g., feedback, engagement).
Important Notes:
NextBrightPath does not collect or maintain payment information. All payments, including enrollment fees and payouts, are processed securely by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card, banking, or other sensitive financial details.
NextBrightPath does not collect or store tax-related identifiers (such as SSNs, EINs). Coaches and Mentors are responsible for their own tax compliance and reporting.
2.2 Non-Personal Information

- Usage data (e.g., pages visited, time spent, clicks).

- To send transactional emails (e.g., confirmations, reminders).
3.3 General Use
- To improve Platform functionality and user experience.
- To conduct analytics and understand user engagement.
- To comply with legal obligations (excluding payment or tax data storage).
