  • For Founders & Participants:
  • Name, email address, and enrollment preferences.
  • Details about participation in programs, sessions, or tracks (e.g., feedback, engagement).

Important Notes:
NextBrightPath does not collect or maintain payment information. All payments, including enrollment fees and payouts, are processed securely by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card, banking, or other sensitive financial details.

NextBrightPath does not collect or store tax-related identifiers (such as SSNs, EINs). Coaches and Mentors are responsible for their own tax compliance and reporting.

2.2 Non-Personal Information
  • Device information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system).
  • Usage data (e.g., pages visited, time spent, clicks).

2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
  • We use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, including:

3.1 For Coaches & Mentors
  • To assist in setting up and promoting your programs.
  • To facilitate communication with Founders.

3.2 For Founders & Participants
  • To process program enrollments.
  • To provide program access and facilitate communication with Coaches.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g., confirmations, reminders).

3.3 General Use
  • To improve Platform functionality and user experience.
  • To conduct analytics and understand user engagement.
  • To comply with legal obligations (excluding payment or tax data storage).

4. Legal Basis for Processing Data (GDPR)
We process personal data under the following grounds:
  • Consent: For marketing communications and optional cookies (withdrawable at any time).
  • Contractual Necessity: To fulfill services requested, such as program enrollment.

5.1 With Coaches & Mentors
  • We share necessary participant information with Coaches to facilitate program delivery.
